Privacy notice.

This notice explains what happens to information you provide through this website. The data controller is the TGMRC entity contracting with you, and its registered name, company number and registered office are to be confirmed before launch.

The only personal data this website collects is what you type into one of the two enquiry forms, for government enquiries and for licence enquiries: your name, your organisation or company, your country or jurisdiction, your email address, and the brief you write. The licence form additionally asks which products you operate and which markets you target.

We do not ask for, and the form does not accept, special category data. Please do not include confidential or personally sensitive information in the free-text brief.

Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about the regulatory services you asked about. Government and licence enquiries are routed to separate inboxes handled by separate teams. They are not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Submissions are transmitted to our enquiry inbox through a third-party email delivery provider. Where email delivery is not configured, the form does not transmit anything and instead offers to open your own email client with the message pre-filled, in which case your email provider handles it under its own terms.

The lawful basis relied on, and the retention period applied to enquiry correspondence, are to be confirmed with counsel before launch.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and which countries they are in. It is used for aggregate measurement only. We do not use it for advertising, we run no advertising or remarketing tags, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

Analytics is off until you accept it. We ask on your first visit, and until you choose, the Google Analytics script is not requested at all: no cookie is set and no data reaches Google, not even an anonymous signal. Rejecting is a single click and is exactly as easy as accepting.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences control in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops any further measurement.

Analytics also runs only on the live site. Preview and development deployments never report data.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No cookie is set by the font request.

You can opt out at any time using Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings. Neither affects your ability to use the site or to send an enquiry.

Our hosting provider processes requests to this website in order to serve it. Our email delivery provider processes enquiry submissions in order to deliver them to us. Google processes analytics data on our behalf. All act as processors on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share enquiry details with third parties for their own marketing.

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email contact@tgmrc.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, email complaints@tgmrc.com and we will look into it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. The specific supervisory authority, and the international transfer mechanism relied on for data moving between our operating locations, are to be confirmed before launch.
