Licence enquiries

Apply for a licence.

For operators, platform providers, suppliers and payment businesses seeking a Guinea-Bissau Remote Gaming Licence or a prediction market licence. Tell our licensing team what you operate and where, and we will assess the fit before you spend anything.

The more specific you are about products, target markets and any licences you already hold, the faster we can give you a straight answer.

Representing a government?

Enquiries about establishing or reforming a regulatory regime are handled by our advisory team on a separate inbox. Go to government enquiries.

Licence enquiry

What happens next

From enquiry to licensed operation.

  1. 01

    Initial assessment

We review your business model, ownership structure, products and target markets against the framework, and tell you honestly whether it fits.

  2. 02

    Documentation

If it fits, we set out exactly what the application requires: corporate and ownership information, source of funds, compliance policies and technical documentation.

  3. 03

    Submission and approval

The application goes to the Authority, which determines whether the licence is issued. A complete application can be licensed in as little as seven days.

Read the full detail of the Guinea-Bissau Remote Gaming Licence or the prediction market framework before you write. Licensing outcomes are determined by the relevant authority, and no outcome is guaranteed.
